BassBandit

For autosound enthusiasts, anything that steals or compromises the bass response or dynamics of a performance audio system is a member of the fictitious Bass Bandit gang.

AudioControl developed technology to help autosound retailers “defeat” the Bass Bandit in the form of their patented bass restoration circuitry used in The Epicenter, The Epicenter Plus, and the EPIC-160.

The Bass Bandit Test Drive Kit is designed to test your system. It uses an Epicenter Plus connected to 20 feet of input and output RCA cables for signal connections. The Epicenter Plus also offers an auxiliary input that will allow it to accept signals from a portable audio device like an iPod.  Power for the Test Drive Kit is provided via a 12 volt cigarette lighter adapter that allows the dealer to put the Test Drive Kit in your lap so you can experience a demonstration of The Epicenter in your own personal vehicle.
