At the RTA-Freq Out event held at MECA’s World Finals, an AudioControl SA-3055 Real Time Analyzer traveled from car to car. After all the measurements were taken, Lee Byerly of Team Phat Hertz (IL) took home the RTA Freq-Out trophy and the prize money, scoring 37 (out of 40) @ 101dB. “This year's RTA Freq-Out was the most fun and watched audio event I have ever been in,” stated Lee Byerly.
AudioControl (www.audiocontrol.com) sponsored the event. “Making great sound is what we’re all about,” explained Chris Kane, AudioControl’s National Sales Manager. “The RTA Freq-Out is a great competition that embodies this same pursuit, using our Real Time Analyzer as the measuring stick in an exciting format."
