Promoting upcoming musicians from across the pond, the BritBus Tour will travel across America through June 18, hitting 15 major markets for a series of 2- to 4-day events that feature the latest and greatest in British music, product, and television entertainment.
The symbol of the trip is an authentic, London double-decker bus rightly named ?The Duchess? that tops out at 45 mph. The bus hauls a scorching KICKER audio system and numerous plasma screens that crank out the bands music videos at each stop.
As a major sponsor of the tour, KICKER has agreed to give away a handful of audio systems at each of the stops along the way. Patrons can also win a Triumph motorcycle jacket and enter a drawing to take home a 2007 Triumph Bonneville motorcycle, complete with silver-and-black Union Jack tank. BBC America and Bass Ale are also major sponsors of the unique event.
