This weekend, the winner of Pioneer's PRS Demo Vehicle Build-Off contest was announced at Pioneer's annual dealer road show in Tucson, AZ. The winner, Audio Video Concepts of Kenner, LA, did a build in a 2008 Jeep Patriot that was judged to have the best sound quality.
In a short amount of time, 13 dealers were invited to put together a demo vehicle using the exact same Premier audio systems. They built the systems with IASCA rules in mind, and judges Will Adcock, Moe Sabourin and Harry Kimura made the decision. Coming in behind the Patriot, a Subaru Impreza WRX by Cartronics and a 1999 Mercedes CLK 450 by Sound Sensations took second and third place, respectively.
