Feb 2, 2007 - South Daytona, Florida - Following the promotional success of the recent IASCA World Finals held at NOPI Nationals Motorsports Supershow in Atlanta last September, NOPI’s Mike Meyers is providing IASCA and the 12 volt industry the opportunity to reach NOPI’s vast audience. “I don’t know when I have been this excited about a promotional partnership like this one,” said IASCA President Paul Papadeas. “NOPI is by far the most professional and committed organization in the Motorsports show circuit that we have ever associated with. Part of NOPI’s management team has roots in car audio, and they have respected the category for years”.

NOPI is not only providing 12 volt exhibitors inexpensive booth space, but allowing for retailers in each market to participate with their representing brands in a sales event bringing instant gratification to the brands. “The ‘Dealer Tent Sale’ promotion isn’t new” says Papadeas, “and all too often many get bogged down forgetting the retail promotions that worked years ago. I think there are too many of us that get lost in the: what’s new; what’s the next big thing; when all along the tested, tried and true works fine. There is no need to reinvent the wheel here”.

Other than the grandfathered Territorial Key Events like SBN, SCTB and SVR, IASCA exclusively presents the NOPI event series as triple point TKE’s and IdBL World Record events. IASCA will perform IASCA Judges Training Seminars at selected events over the course of the series.  IASCA’s goal with this association is to provide Auto Sound Dealers exposure to consumers in each market and refortify the promotional value of Soundoff competitions across the country.
